Here Are Our Policy Details. Please Read Thoroughly

TLDR;  Cover your @$$!!! Take pictures of all boxes, regardless if there is damage to the boxes or not. Any box that is ripped, bent, broken needs to be inspected right away. You only have 24 hours (1 business day) from the receipt of your order to file damage claims so check on your order immediately even if the boxes look fine. Keep your boxes until you are sure you are going to keep you order. Don’t come crying to us a week later saying the order is damaged, it isn’t our fault you didn’t check and the window to file a claim is over.

Returns Policies:

At Outdoor Teak and More, we understand the difficulty of depending on only photos to make a purchase. That is why we offer a 15 day money back guarantee.

If you place your order and are not happy for any reason, please contact us within 15 days for a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT return your order without authorization. Manufacturers will refuse deliveries without authorization and all shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

We DO NOT accept returns on products damaged during assembly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime prior to the order shipping. Deposits for custom orders may be lost. If the item as shipped, you must accept delivery of the order and arrange for a return authorization (see Return Policy).

Damaged Products During Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured. Outdoor Teak & More MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ANY DAMAGES for us to file a damage claim with the delivery company. On all orders that require a signature, please inspect packaging. If damage to the box is apparent have driver wait while you inspect the contents. If driver refuses to wait around and tells you to sign it, indicate the damage on the Bill of Lading (i.e “top left corner of box is crushed in”). In order to best document damaged products, TAKE PICTURES.  Take pictures when it is being dropped off. Take pictures from a variety of angles. Any box that is ripped, bent, broken, or NOT WRAPPED AND STRAPPED to a pallet, it must be opened and inspected.  If your products are damaged and you don’t have photos from the delivery we reserve the right to void the warranty.

For order dropped of by UPS, FedEx or others, simply give us a call right away.

Defective Products

Most products sold by Outdoor Teak & More do come with a Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Should something go wrong with the product please contact us and we will advise the next steps to take for warranty coverage. Please note, most warranty issues require the customer to pay return shipping. Items found defective within 30 days of purchase will be fixed or replaced. Outdoor Teak & More is NOT responsible for damages that occur during assembly. Commercial use or abuse of product will void your warranty

The Fine Print

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Outdoor Teak & More reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by Outdoor Teak & More upon shipment of products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services:

Outdoor Teak & More shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Outdoor Teak & More shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Outdoor Teak & More shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Assembly Damage

Outdoor Teak & More is not responsible for any products damaged during assembly.  Any scratches, dents, dings, cracks, etc that happen during assembly are the buyers’ responsibility. The company is happy to help with replacement parts when possible (for a fee) as well as instructions for repairing products that were damaged.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, you will have the option to refuse delivery and document specific damages to the product on the delivery receipt. Any box(es) that is ripped, bent, broken, or NOT WRAPPED AND STRAPPED to a pallet, it must be opened and inspected. Notify us via phone or email with the details of the damage so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. If the damage is not discovered immediately at the time of the delivery, you have 24 hours (1 business days) after delivery for customers to send us a claim with supporting documentation and photos (see above). We’ll review and approve the claim within 7 days. If the claim is approved, we’ll send you free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.

Our products ship manufacturer direct and are inspected prior to shipping for any defects.  This is why we are adamant about you documenting your delivery with pictures.  This is the only way we can file a claim and replace any items that were damaged.  Please help us out by taking pictures and keeping your boxes until you have verified all products are damage free!

We do not cover any damage claims without photos of the products upon delivery.
